If a restaurant were to name something after you, what would it be? Describe it. (Bonus points for writing a recipe!)

The P-Unit.

A spinoff name of the gangsta rap group, G-Unit, P-Unit was what my Mexican friends used to call me back in my high school days. For no particular reason really. It just sort of caught on naturally. But ever since then, that nickname just stuck with me throughout the years. Only my inner circle knows of this name and they’re the only ones who would refer to me as P-Unit.

The P-Unit, though, would most definitely be a BURGER. Or a California-style burrito.

Why?

Because burgers and burritos are LIFE.

If you’re a true Southern Californian, you know what it is.

This is part of an effort to improve as a writer and to get myself writing more. So as not to focus so much on perfection and formatting, when responding to these prompts, I use more of a stream-of-conscious style of writing. One of my goals is to become faster at getting my ideas out of my head and onto a physical platform, while keeping in mind to gradually build up my skill at doing so in a more fluid and concise manner. These prompts come from the ebook: 365 Days of Writing Prompts by The Daily Post at WordPress.com
